Gerard Perrone – Project Manager

Gerard is an experienced carpenter and construction professional. Gerard works collaboratively with clients to deliver a renovation/restoration uniquely suited to their personality and lifestyle. Gerard maintains a presence at each job site, and manages the construction process with effectiveness and competency.

Josh Perry – Millwork Carpenter

Josh has been an integral part of the Reagan Construction Group team. Josh’s construction expertise is second to none. Josh is a hands-on site manager, integrating his own skill with contractors to create high quality results. When changes in needs arise, as they often do, Josh is able to adapt the construction plan to suit the client as well as the team of contractors.

Nick Pignatello – Project Manager

Lisa Kobar – Building Designer

Lisa has been an integral part of the Reagan Homes team since 2012. Lisa’s design expertise is second to none. Lisa can listen to client desires, and create a custom home design that meets their unique needs, both aesthetically and functionally. When changes in needs arise, as they often do, Lisa is able to adapt and recreate plans to suit the client as well as the construction team. Lisa lives in East Lyme, CT.

Beau Lucas – Sales and Design

Beau became a member of the Reagan team in Spring of 2016. An experienced sales and design professional, Beau works collaboratively with clients to create an interior design style that is uniquely suited to their lifestyle. Beau also helps clients maintain their budgeted allowances and is a key player in client/builder communications. Beau lives in Mystic, CT and coaches youth soccer and lacrosse. Beau is a dynamic and capable sales and design professional.

We purchased a vintage (circa 1906) beach house in The Point area of New London that required a challenging total renovation, remodeling and upgrade, from flooring to plumbing to new kitchen appliances and bathrooms.
